Mostly newer stucco homes with concrete tile roofs, many two-story, plus custom homes in gated parts of Southern Highlands.
Enterprise is a large unincorporated area in the southwest and south valley, overseen by Clark County. It has been one of the valley's fastest-growing areas, and much of its housing is newer stucco construction with concrete tile roofs.
It includes master-planned communities such as Mountain's Edge and Southern Highlands, along with established neighborhoods such as Silverado Ranch, Coronado Ranch, and Nevada Trails. Southern Highlands includes guard-gated areas with larger custom homes, while Mountain's Edge has many two-story tract homes on compact lots.
On the valley's southern edge, homes can be more exposed to wind and blowing dust, so secure track fastening and sealed connections are worth asking about.
Most newer neighborhoods here have HOAs, often with a master association. Check design guidelines before scheduling. See our HOA approval guide.
Ask for the manufacturer's rated operating temperature for the lights, controller, and power supply. Make sure it covers a sun-baked roof edge in July, not just air temperature. More on built for 115°f summers and desert uv.
